Because Accelerator Programme 2023

The Because Accelerator is a programme that provides business acceleration services to entrepreneurs aiming to take their innovative products to the next level. The programme is composed of four primary components:
1. TRAINING:
A 16-week online curriculum that covers startups’ common topics, illustrated by Because International’s experience in their social enterprise startup, The Shoe That Grows.
2. COACHING:
After the first four weeks, select entrepreneurs will be paired with an experienced coach who will mentor them during the program and beyond.
3. NETWORKING:
Entrepreneurs will have the chance to network with members of their cohort, alumni of the Because Accelerator and the Because Advisor Network – a group of subject matter experts with connections worldwide.
4. FUNDING:
Selected entrepreneurs will compete in a pitch event for a cash prize at the end of the cohort. The competition has linked entrepreneurs to over $100k in funding.
